John gave us a most
interesting power point presentation on the causes, symptoms, and treatments
of heart attacks. The message was clear - eat healthily, exercise, and
take statins and the chances of having a heart attack are dramatically
reduced. To the left is a picture of John with our President, almost recovered for his illness. The vote of thanks was very appropriately given by Rtn Dr Bob Main It was a great pleasure to welcome a number of Rotarians on a scatter from the Rotary Club of Bedford Castle and other guests - see below
